Do you have any US or Canadian dealers?
We do not have stocking dealers, although we have had dealers in the past who would drop ship items directly from us.  As of January 1st, 2019 we no longer offer a dealer program, and handle all sales and shipping of our products directly. 

What is the lead time/build time/ship time on XYZ product?

For products that are not listed as In Stock, all lead times are listed on the individual product pages. Please consult those pages for the most accurate info available, or call us and we can go over everything with you. We update our site frequently to make sure the lead times are as accurate as possible, however they are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee build or ship times due to the nature of our business. Any number of things can come up or go wrong, from suppliers to equipment to who knows what else. We try to give you a really good educated guess when it will ship, but if you are in a hurry or are the type of person to sit and check the days off of the calendar waiting on an order, you'll probably want to talk to us before ordering.  We do keep our most popular products in stock as much as possible.  Sometimes they sell faster than we can make them.  Email us or give us a call prior to ordering if you have a time-critical situation. 

I keep adding products to a cart, but I cannot check out. 

If your browser does not accept cookies, our shopping cart will not work.  Many smart phones and tablets have cookies disabled by default, as well as business/government/school computers.  If you cannot accept cookies on your device, we recommend ordering from a personal computer.  You can also call us at 855-900-9367 ext 1 to order over the phone if you are unable to use the site for any reason.  Our sales department is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM CST. 

Did you receive my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to "My Account" and clicking on the order. If you received an order number, yes we have received your order. There is a confirmation page and you should have gotten a confirmation email if your order was accepted. The only way we would not receive your order is if your payment was declined or did not fully process. We also update you about your order using our automated email system, which will notify you as the product is built, packaged, and shipped.  You can also check the status anytime by logging in to "My Account" on our site.  This not only gives you the ability to check on your order 24 hours a day, but it also allows us to focus on processing orders which gets them shipped out faster and makes everyone happy.  

Has my order shipped?

See above.  If your order is shipped, you will get an email with tracking info.  Sometimes those emails get picked up by spam filters.  You can login to your account and check for tracking info 24/7.  

My card was charged but the site is showing my order has not shipped yet.

The way our website works (and most sites) is that your card is charged when you place an order. We do not see or receive your card or payment info; this is all done securely and we simply get a "paid" or "not paid" status on the order. All invoices are paid in full at the time of order. We don't run your card manually or "take" money before shipping products, this is simply the way an e-commerce site works. If you have questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us. As noted on every single product page, as well as our Terms and Conditions page, most parts are custom made so they don't ship immediately. If the part is in stock and ready to ship, it will be noted on that product page. Please ask before ordering if you aren't sure when something will ship.

I am being charged sales tax, what's the deal?

As of April 2017, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders regardless of what state it is being shipped to.  Prior to that, there was an "internet loophole" that allowed us to not charge sales tax except on orders that were being shipped to our home state of Arkansas.  Now that loophole has been closed and we are required to collect sales tax on all orders, unless you live in one of the five states that does not charge sales tax, or unless you have a sales tax certificate for your business and this is a business purchase for resale.  If you live in a state without sales tax, the site will not charge you sales tax.  If you have a business sales tax permit, you'll need to call us or email us to get the sales tax waived. 

What are your hours?

Our hours of operation can be accessed by clicking on "Contact / Hours" at the bottom of every page on the site. Our store is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM CST, and our phones are on from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST. 

Do you offer discounts for XYZ ?

Currently, there are no discounts. Occasionally we will run specials on the site, and these will be posted on the site when they are in effect. We prefer to have a no-hassle price policy - instead of offering discounts to a dozen different groups and then charging everyone else a higher price to compensate for the discounts, we just give everyone the same price and keep it simple. This means less time verifying credentials and more time focusing on what we do best - making truck parts.

Come on by.  Our retail store is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM CST at 4854 Highway 178 West, Lakeview AR 72642.  We don't do basic installs but we are available to do high end builds, and we work with a local install shop who is extremely familiar with our products.  We are 3 hours from Little Rock, 4 hours from Memphis, 3 hours from Fayetteville, and 5 hours from St. Louis.  Basically right in the middle of those cities, with the closest interstate being more than 2 hours away.   Which brings us to our next question... 

So why in the hell do you run a business from rural Arkansas? 

Very simply put, we are able to do things here at a much lower cost than any of our competitors.  Everything is cheaper because of the low cost of living and low taxes - one dollar goes further in Arkansas than anywhere else in the country.  That's why our products are about half the price of comparable products from other companies.  They cannot build some of their parts for what we are retailing ours for.  Our only extra expense is in shipping, however it's not that bad because we have a huge discount with UPS.  

The flip side of living here is that we are in one of the best places for outdoor activities.  We are surrounded by woods, national forests, national parks, and just a ton of really awesome places to play.  We have two of the largest off road parks just a couple of hours away, and several others close by.  We also have access to a ton of government land and private land that is perfect for four wheeling - we deal with a mixture of rocks, mud, woodsy trails, wide open creek beds (when dry) or even flat spots when our lakes are really low.  We have two huge man-made lakes here and three world famous rivers, and we spend most of our weekends on the water from May to September.  If you like hunting and fishing, we are in the mecca of outdoor sports.  We stay here because it's a great place to live and raise a family.  And ultimately, we all work to live, not the other way around.
