Dodge Off Road's most hardcore suspension kit ever, the Extreme 3" Suspension gives you what no other 2nd gen suspension can provide. 14" travel front suspension, 15" travel rear suspension, the softest ride available anywhere, the most suspension travel out of any 3" kit, and components that are bomb-proof yet designed to work together in complete harmony. Here is what our Extreme Suspension Kit consists of:
Fox 2.5" Performance Series Remote Resi coilover shocks up front, with custom dual rate springs and custom shock valving done specifically for your truck. With TIG-welded 1/4" steel shock towers up front, you'll have 14" shock travel with only a 3" lift, with most of the travel being in extension. Traditional coil springs will not allow this much down-travel without the springs coming loose, but with coilovers, you can actually use all 14" of suspension travel! These coilovers are a bolt-in install.
Dodge Off Road Extreme Bent Long Arms, the only long arms available for trucks at this height. Our arms are the strongest, longest, best-designed arms on the market, featuring Johnny Joints, 3/8" frame brackets, 2" OD 1/4" wall DOM tubing on both upper and lower arms, bent for clearance under the body mount and also for extra tire clearance, and totally adjustable. You will never be able to hurt these arms - each arm can fully support the weight of your truck by itself. Long arms give you a smoother ride, more suspension travel, and the ability to move your axle forward 2" for extra tire clearance.
Dodge Off Road Extreme Track Bar, the strongest track bar on the market. 1/4" bolt-on bracket, .40" wall DOM tubing with a 1" shank Johnny Joint at the axle and a huge 7/8" FK heim at the frame, this track bar dwarfs all others. It is double adjustable so you can adjust your axle without unbolting the bar. The bar is completely straight for the ultimate strength, and our custom bracket allows the axle to be moved forward without the track bar making contact with the differential (unless you have a Mag Hytec cover).
Dodge Off Road Sway Bar End Links, made from 1" solid billet with 5/8" FK heim joints on each end. These are adjustable, rebuildable, and are the second-strongest end links on the market. If you want the strongest end links, upgrade to our Torsion Sway Bar which comes with 1.25" OD end links and 3/4" heims, for a completely insanely beefy end link that will tolerate all of your abuse, and then some.
Dodge Off Road rear suspension setup using Carli 2nd gen progressive leaf packs, and our shackle flip kit with the U bolt flip. This gives you the best of both worlds - the softer Carli springs work very well on their own, then we use the beefy DOR shackle flip kit to put the shackle in a compression setting to give you the softest ride possible with a ton of suspension travel. The shackle flip is made from 1/4" steel and has a 3/8" steel shackle with multiple mounting positions for adjustability. We also supply our U bolt flip kit, which uses 5/8" Grade 8 U bolts and 3/8" U bolt plates. You'll remove your factory block, so you'll have very little axle wrap, and a much softer ride while still retaining 80% of your towing capacity. If you want to bump up your towing capacity to stock, we can set you up with a really trick air bag setup or some Timbren springs.
Fox Performance Series 2.5" remote reservoir rear shocks, custom valved for this application. These shocks come with resi mounts to attach the reservoirs to the frame, where they are up out of the way and protected from damage while four wheeling.
We also have options to upgrade the front and rear shocks to larger Fox 3.0" shocks all around, plus you can add matching Fox 2.0 bumpstops and our new DOR 2nd gen torsion sway bar for the top of the line performance you crave. We even have an option for our rear 4 link with coilovers! We offer the most hardcore 2nd gen suspensions anywhere in the world, and each one is custom built specifically to your needs.
