Steering Braces - 2nd Gen 1994 to 2001/2002 models: We now have these in stock, and are working on boxing up 50+ orders over the next couple of days to fulfill all of the current orders. After that, we should be able to send these out the same day when ordered. That is a first for us!
Steering Braces - 3rd and 4th Gen 2003 to 2012 models: We had several of these on hand and then I made a post on Facebook, and the stock we had built up sold within a couple of hours. So we are back to being a few weeks out from having these in stock all the time.
Steering Linkage Kits - 2nd through 4th gen trucks: Our machined pieces are due in this week, so we'll start sending out steering kits as fast as we can weld and package them up. We're probably looking at 3 to 4 weeks before we have these in stock just due to the number of orders we have pending. You can still order these anytime and reserve your place in line, and your order will go out before we list these as "in stock." But that is our ultimate goal - we want to be able to ship these out the same day as ordered in the near future.
Track Bar Kits - 2nd gen 1994 to 2001/2002: We are out of brackets right now, probably looking at 5 to 10 days before the next batch is done. All orders for HD track bars that were placed prior to August 18th are being shipped this week, the others will go out as soon as the next set of brackets comes in. Our Extreme track bar usually takes several weeks to ship at a bare minimum, so we are planning on sending those orders out when the next set of brackets are done. The tubing used to make those bars is pretty hard to get, and the joints are custom made for us, so it just takes time to get the parts needed to build them.
Track Bars - 3rd and 4th gen 2003 to 2012: The company that makes these for us has been backed up and these are taking longer to ship than planned. Our goal is to have these in stock as well as the 2nd gen bars, and we're working on implementing that just as soon as we get caught up on the current orders that we have. We are expecting the 3rd gen track bars to be here sometime next week (fingers crossed).
Long Arm Kits - 2nd through 4th gen: We have some 3rd and 4th gen brackets on hand, and then we build the arms to order. For 2nd gens, we are running about a week behind from having those brackets in stock all the time. We have a sheet of the 2nd gen brackets being cut out on Monday, and it will take probably the rest of the week to drill them, weld them, and coat them. But once those are done, we should have a couple sets on hand and all current orders filled. Like the 3rd/4th gen brackets, the arms are always made to order so you are getting a custom set of long arms for your lift height and for your exact needs. So the brackets ship first and then the arms ship once they are made. This is one thing very unique about DOR - literally every other company that makes long arms or radius arms just sells you a generic / one size fits all type of setup and you have to make it work for your truck. We take the extra time to build exactly what you need.
Short Arms - 2nd through 4th gen: We make a ton of short arm kits so I'm not going to post an update for each one, but basically we are caught up on short arm orders and actually have some in stock. Check the product pages for accurate info. If it says "in stock," then it's here. If it says 1 week or more, we actually will get them out pretty quickly. We have hired some more help and are knocking control arms out within a couple of days in most cases. Of course things always come up, so email us if you have questions before you place your order. We have several sets of our most popular short arms in stock at the moment.
Suspension Kits - 2nd gen 1994 to 2001/2002: Believe it or not, we are shipping full suspension kits out in a couple of weeks right now. We have the rest of the parts in stock or are able to make them in just a couple of weeks. There are a lot of folks emailing us about the suspension kits right now so we may get into a position where we're running behind on part of the kit, but right now we are in good shape. Spread the word! Our suspension kits are hard to beat for overall value. You get the strongest parts available with a much better ride, for a price that is comparable to cheaper "cookie cutter" type of lifts.
Shackle Flip Kits - 2nd gen 1994 to 2001/2002: I have said this for the last two weeks, but we keep selling them as fast as they can be made. These will be a stocked item in about a week - we're throwing some extra man-hours at them this week to try and get over the hump. Just check the product page before ordering so you'll know what our inventory looks like. When these are listed as "in stock" on the site, they will ship the same day or next day.
Suspension Kits - 3rd and 4th gen 2003 to 2013: We have the 3" kits shipping out in a couple of weeks right now. We have the control arms in stock which has always been what slows us down, so the only thing we are waiting on are the adjustable track bars.
Diff Covers - 2nd through 4th gens: We're trying to keep the AAM 925, 1050, and 1150 covers in stock, as well as the D70 rear cover. All other covers will take a couple of weeks. We usually just keep 2 of each on hand so quantities can disappear pretty quickly, but we'll bump up the inventory as needed to support the order frequency.
As I've stated, our goal right now is to get caught up on all orders and then build inventory up for our most popular products so those will be available to ship immediately. We've always built each order as it came in, but now we're trying to switch over to being a stocking retailer of our own products. We are also branching out with a dealer network, so please keep an eye on our Dealers page for current info. We have a very large distributor coming on board just as soon as we are able to send all of the product photos and info over to them.
If you have questions about a product not listed on here, first look and see if it is drop shipped. If it's from Borgeson, Synergy, Carli, Pure Performance, Road Rhino, or otherwise not labeled as a DOR part, then it probably drop ships. Most product pages will say that too. What we do is send the order in to the manufacturer or one of their top level distributors, and they ship it for us. That saves us from having to stock a ton of merchandise, which keeps overhead down, which helps keep our costs low, which keeps our prices low. So if you followed all of that, we do this to save you money. And we also pass along the great savings on drop-shipped products. Sometimes those manufacturers run into snags of their own and can't send the products out as quickly as you want. We try to keep you up to date but with some companies we really don't get a lot of info until the order has shipped. It's not like we can walk out to the shop and see what the hold up is. So please be understanding that we have submitted your order and are playing the waiting game with you.
