Our physical address is 4854 Highway 178 West in Lakeview, Arkansas 72642. Our physical storefront is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time. Deliveries are accepted during those hours as well. Any deliveries or vehicle drop-offs after hours need to be scheduled with our front desk. We are closed on weekends and major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Our customer service phone lines are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Call us at 855-9009-DOR (855-900-9367). We are closed on holidays and weekends. If you call and we don't answer, it means that all lines are busy. Please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call as soon as possible. If it's easier, email us and we will get back with you ASAP. Repeated calls in quick succession will get flagged by our phone system as telemarketer/robodialer and our phone system will automatically block the number. It's the only way we can keep the lines somewhat open for customers and prevent solicitors from tying up the phones. We don't want you to sit on hold, just leave a message and we'll get back to you shortly. We try to return all phone calls the same day before we leave.

We realize every website tells you to check your junk folder, but seriously, check it when you are expecting an email from us.
