Q: Will this kit fit my 99 dodge cummins with leveling kit?
A: Not without a lot of modification to the body mount, but anything is possible with a welder and plasma cutter. Ideally you will want at least 4.5" lift to make these arms work, and that will still involve notching the body mount as much as possible. If you want to run long arms with just a leveling kit, we suggest our Extreme Bent Long Arm kit. It's designed to work with lifts as low as 2" up front on 2500/3500 models.
Q: Will this work with 4.5 inch lift ?
A: On a 2500/3500 model, it can work as long as you can clearance the body mounts enough to clear the upper arm at full bump. On a 1500 model, the only way it would work at that height is if you did some custom fab and redid the body mounts and used bumpstops to limit your up-travel. We recommend the bent long arms for all trucks under 7" lift height.
Q: Hey I'm looking to upgrade my current 6 inch lift with a set of your long arms and 7" coils, I'm running 37" on a 20x10 rim with a pretty negative offset and I currently have no trouble with tire rub, what arms do you recommend? I shouldn't need the bent and offset long arm kit.
A: With the 7" lift height, you can run the straight arms. You'll still want to notch your body mounts for when the suspension is at full compression, but otherwise the straight arms will work fine since you have so much offset.
