Description
Dodge Off Road is the only place in the world to buy frame horns for your 2nd gen (1994 to 2001/2002) Ram truck. We make these out of 1/4" steel and build them to order in 3 different sizes, depending on how far out you want the light bar to sit from your grill. Frame horns are used to build your own tube bumper, so you can customize the whole setup however you want to. We supply the horns and the Grade 8 hardware to mount them. Welding is required regardless of which version you buy, and you'll need to supply your own tubing. These are made to fit 2" OD tubing, however we can drop that down to 1.75" if you prefer. All frame horns are made to order so if you need something different just let us know.
Available as welded or weld-it-yourself kits, these usually ship in less than 2 weeks. All pieces are 1/4" and this setup is fully boxed in, for the ultimate strength. Once you have it mounted up, we suggest tacking the horns to the frame rail so they will never move. You can make an extremely strong tube bumper with these, and the design allows you to place a skid plate in between the horns and brace the whole thing up easily.
The measurements (4", 6", and 8") are how far out the center of the tube is from the grill. This may vary by an inch, depending on how you bolt it up and which grill you have (Sport grills are bigger), so give yourself a little extra room. The 8" version is our most popular size.
