Our new 4.5 / 5th gen AAM 925 front diff cover is the strongest cover on the market! This is for the new radius arm trucks (2014 and up, see below for specifics) that have a newer 12-bolt design of the AAM 925 axle. The cover is made from 3/8" CNC-formed plate and welded to a 1/2" thick ring, then machined flat for a perfect fit and no leaks. It still clears stock steering and DOR steering, and bolts up in just a few minutes. The other advantage our cover has is that you get a magnetized drain and fill plug so you can change your diff fluid without removing the whole cover, and the neodymium "rare earth" magnets will capture any metal particles in the gear oil. The magnets do not interfere with Power Wagon lockers.
New mounting hardware is included with all covers. These larger covers have more gear oil capacity than stock, so make sure you get an extra quart than you would normally buy. They all come powder coated in satin black unless you request bare steel. If listed "in stock," the cover is already coated and bare steel covers will take 5 to 10 days to ship.
