Questions and Answers
Lift blocks are not our preferred method of lifting a rear suspension, but when built properly, they can be a quality addition to an upgraded suspension. We have designed the best lift blocks available for 2nd gen Dodge trucks by incorporating U bolt plates with our CNC-cut, MIG-welded, internally gusseted lift blocks. These blocks are made entirely out of 1/4" HRPO steel and are a great way to add a little bit more lift to your rear suspension when your factory block has been removed. By tying the blocks into the U bolts on the top and bottom, we have ensured that you cannot twist or spit out your block. These are designed to work with our U bolt flip and any leaf packs (stock or aftermarket), however they will also fit factory-style square U bolts. Since the blocks are fully welded and internally gusseted with all 1/4" American steel, you don't have to worry about breaking them. The blocks are built to order and available in several heights. Once they are cut and welded, we powder coat them with a satin black finish so they will look good under your truck.
Compare these to other lift blocks and you're going to find that these are not only the best quality, but also the safest. And compared to other fabricated lift blocks, our prices are on the lower end of the price scale. That is because we actually build these ourselves, rather than having another company make them. Since we do everything in-house, we can offer them to you for less money. Yes, you can find generic lift blocks for less money, but if you are more concerned about building your truck the right way and not compromising your safety, then these are the lift blocks you need.
For best results, you will need our U bolt flip to run these, as they are designed for our 5/8" U bolts and not the factory 1/2" ones. If you use factory U bolts, they will not be snug in the block holes, but they are held in place by the vertical tension anyway. These are not to be used with any other blocks, however they do work great with our zero rates. Available in Dana 60/70 or Dana 80 configurations, so please select your rear axle and lift height when ordering. These are currently only available for 3" wide leaf springs (2500/3500 models).
Check out our traction bar options below to remove axle wrap without limiting suspension travel.

Questions and Answers
Q:
Can the 4.5” block replace the factory block on a 1999 Dodge 2500, and then be ran with your guy's shackle flip kit?
Asked by:
Cayden Starkey
- 10/8/2017
A:
Yes, that will work just fine. The zero rate will sit between the block and leaf pack.

No, they are not included. You can get our U bolt flip kit or just get new U bolts locally/online if needed.

Q:
I’m curious about your zero rate springs, I can’t find them anywhere on the web site to order? I’d like to order some with your lift blocks but can’t find a page to order them. Can you get them with an angle or do they only come one way, and how much do they cost?
Asked by:
Jesse Samples
- 3/9/2020
A:
Sorry, we don't sell the zero rates by themselves, they are only available with the shackle flip. There is quite a bit of machining that goes into them and we have a hard time keeping them in stock for our shackle flip orders.
