Questions and Answers
Made out of 1.5" OD .250" wall 1026 DOM tube, the DOR adjustable 3rd gen track bar is built to last! The frame end utilizes a rebuildable FK uniball, and the axle end has a huge 7/8" chromoly heat-treated heim joint. We use a hex tube adapter at the axle end to help you get the jam nut tight without scratching up the tube. These track bars are bent for extra differential clearance, as well as axle mount clearance, and works on all trucks above 3" lift height, up to 8" lift. Bigger lifts will need a custom track bar but we can build them for no extra cost. We also include a 1/4" steel CNC-bent drop bracket that bolts to your stock track bar mount, moving the track bar mounting location forward slightly to give you better angles and clear your differential better. The bracket bolts on quickly with only one hole needing to be drilled on the side of the frame for the support piece. All hardware is included to mount the bracket.
You need a drop pitman arm to run this setup, so that the drag link and track bar remain parallel. If you do not have a drop pitman arm, we usually have them in stock.
Compare our track bar to any others on the market and you will find that ours is built as well as any, however we are able to sell them at a lower price because we build them ourselves. Every step of production is done in our shop, start to finish, and we pass the savings on to our customers. You can pay up to $100 more for the same product, or you can buy our track bar and put that $100 towards one of our steering braces and tighten your whole front end up in one shot.
This fits 2003 to 2009 Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 trucks, including Power Wagon models.
This also fits 2006 to 2008 Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4x4 trucks.
Q:
Will this work well with my 2006 ram 2500 QCLB 6" superlift came with drop pitman arm and drop track bar relocation bracket, however I'd prefer to upgrade to your setup... Long bars needed next. Is this track bar what I've been searching for to stop that loose bolt stock bar popping when turning the wheel. -central Florida-

A:
We've had several customers switch from the Superlift track bar setup to ours, it will eliminate the popping noises as long as you tighten our bracket to the specs provided in the install guide, and make sure you aren't dealing with a loose bolt down at the axle end in the factory bracket. Our track bar is light years ahead of the stock track bar so you'll get a huge improvement just from that, but our bracket is very beefy and very rigid. You can use the Superlift drop pitman arm, our bracket is designed around that pitman arm (it's the same one that other mainstream lift manufacturers use). You'll like the long arms too, big improvement in ride quality and no more loose bushings. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Q:
I have this bar on my truck right now with a 6” lift, I want to drop my truck to a 3” lift but I don’t want to loose this bar will it still work? Do I just need to take the drop bracket out?

A:
Yes, that's all you need to do. Remove the drop bracket and the track bar will bolt right up to the factory bracket. You'll probably need to adjust the length again but that's it.
