Q: Do these work on a 2012 ram 4500?

Asked by: Pinder - 1/1/2020
A: Yes they do, we weren't sure of that when we first made the arms since they were based on the 2013 and up models, but it turns out they do work on the 08-12 also.

Q: How wide are the lower and upper johnny joints? On my 2018 5500 Bottom mount opening is 3 1/8" and top mount opening is 2 1/4" I know Johnny joint only come in 2.0" & 2.5" wide so I was wondering if your taking up the additional space with misalignment spacer or washers etc, please advise

Asked by: Nick - 8/9/2020
A: We machine the joint ball to be the correct width and bolt hole size for each application. The machined ball goes into a forged Johnny Joint housing. No washers needed to fill gaps.

Q: Will these fit a 2010 Ram 5500? Do they fix the caster angle issue that wears the front tires?

Asked by: Dominic Judge - 8/22/2020
A: Yes, they fit all 2008 to current 4500/5500 trucks. Caster shouldn't be a problem, that is the rotation of the axle fore and aft. Some of these trucks have camber issues and that would be corrected by the ball joints or perhaps a bent front axle. If you get the adjustable arms, you can adjust the caster and axle placement as much as you need to. With the non adjustable arms, caster has to be corrected with the cam bolts on the axle just like stock control arms.

Q: I have a 15 Ram 5500 flatbed tow truck. It is a 2wd. Will these control arms work on my truck? No issues with fitting? I'm worried about the size of the knuckles that the arms connect to. Just wanted to make sure before I ordered.

Asked by: Wasim Yousef - 9/24/2020
A: Yes, they will fit your truck.
